1. Collaboration and Communication

1.1

We expect respectful, constructive, and professional communication at all times – in coaching sessions, course forums, and group work.

1.2

Feedback follows our feedback culture: honest, specific, helpful, and respectful.

1.3

Discussions are encouraged. They must remain fair. All opinions are welcome as long as they do not offend, discriminate, or put others down.

2. Attendance, Deadlines, and Participation

2.1

Being on time for online sessions, meeting agreed deadlines, and actively participating are essential for your progress.

2.2

Deadlines for exercises and project phases should be respected to keep feedback cycles and group processes running smoothly.

2.3

Participants who miss three sessions without notice or repeatedly violate course rules may be removed from the course.

2.4

Once materials are submitted on time, feedback is usually provided within 24 hours, unless stated otherwise in the course or coaching plan.

3. Technical Responsibility and Platform Use

3.1

Participants are responsible for ensuring their technical setup works properly. This includes internet connection, audio, camera, browser, and software. Devices and browsers must be up to date and free of extensions that may interfere with the platform.

3.2

Our support team assists with platform-related issues. Users are responsible for uploading files correctly and using appropriate formats and file sizes.

3.3

All platform usage guidelines must be followed. Misuse – including excessive or automated requests, system manipulation, uploading illegal content, or other harmful activities – is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or deletion. We reserve the right to report violations or take legal action.

3.4

User accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with third parties is not allowed and may result in permanent suspension.

4. Use of Content and Intellectual Property

4.1

Course materials, presentations, and recordings may not be shared or used outside the platform.

4.2

Downloading, copying, or redistributing content is only permitted with explicit approval.

4.3

In cases of suspected misuse, copyright infringement, or data theft, we reserve the right to take legal action and delete user accounts immediately.

5. Community and Networking

5.1

The platform may be used for networking and mutual support. Advertising or self-promotion is not allowed without prior approval.

5.2

Respect for coaches, participants, and intellectual property is a core value of our community.
