2.3 Data Deletion

After the end of a booked service or deletion of a user account, personal data will be automatically deleted after 30 days, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Anonymized data (e.g., for internal statistics such as course participation numbers) may be retained beyond that period.

When you delete your user account, you lose access to all associated platforms. After the retention period, all personal data will be permanently erased from our systems.

Depending on how you use our platforms, we may collect the following data:

• Username and login credentials
• Usage and Profile Data
• Course, coaching, and booking data
• Uploads, assignments, certificates, invoices, and reviews
• Access timestamps and interaction data (temporarily stored)

• Payments are processed via external providers (e.g., Stripe, Twint, or similar).
• These may store transaction details (amount, date, status) according to their own privacy policies.
• Authentication Data
• Login and identification data are processed through external authentication services (e.g., Auth0).
• This may include name, email, profile image, and account role.

• We send automated notifications (such as confirmations or reminders).
• Incoming emails are not stored systematically.

4. Data Storage and Hosting

All data is stored on secure servers within Europe (e.g., Germany or Switzerland).

We use external providers for hosting, authentication, video streaming, and payment processing.

All partners comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (revDSG).

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share personal data with third parties unless:

• it is necessary to fulfill a contract (e.g., payment or technical service providers),

All external partners are subject to the same privacy and data protection standards as we are.

7. Retention and Deletion

• Uploads and course data are deleted once the course or coaching session has ended.
• Master data (e.g., name, login, billing address) is retained until a deletion request is made or legal retention periods expire.
• Emails are deleted after a maximum of three years.
• After an account is deleted, all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Anonymized usage data (e.g., number of participants, session statistics) may be kept for internal reporting and system improvement.

8. Data Security

We apply modern technical and organizational measures to protect all stored data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

All data transmissions are encrypted (SSL/TLS).

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Just do Ad GmbH reserves the right to update or modify this privacy policy at any time.
